We recently went for a romantic escape to a hotel in the mountains, and we absolutely loved it! the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered throughout our stay. We were surprised by the variety of facilities, including a sauna, jacuzzi, and indoor swimming pool, all surrounded by the peaceful natural surroundings. We appreciated the possibility of having vegetarian options, and the coffee at the bar was excellent. We also liked the proximity of the hotel to a stunning forest park, which made for a nice hike.
We also found the room decor a bit outdated, which could be improved.

Liked the room amenities for families with kids - we had everything needed, even a baby bathtub and cot. The outdoor playground and pool were fantastic. Close access to thermal spas and more pools were a bonus.
Disliked the lack of translations in the hotel - quite inconvenient. The restaurant was okay, nothing special, it could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the salt room for kids, swimming pool, and playroom. The location was serene, surrounded by nature and peaceful tree tops. We loved having breakfast and dinner on the terrace, and the staff was polite and helpful.
Nothing is perfect.

This hotel is a great choice for families traveling with kids! the hotel room had all necessary accessories for children, and the staff was kind and helpful. the outdoor playground and swimming pool were perfect for children, and the indoor playroom with toys and games kept them entertained. the breakfast was delicious and varied, with options for vegetarians. the location was convenient, allowing for easy access to nearby historical towns and spa resorts.
The hotel could improve by providing more information in English, as some guests experienced difficulty understanding Hungarian signage.
